Get stronger and more explosive with kettlebell training. Be prepared for intense and challenging sessions.

Each class will start with a detailed lesson on one or two kettlebell techniques, followed by a fitness protocol.

Each session will be based on the techniques taught at the start of the class or in previous classes. 

The final session will consist of a physical skills test, which will be based on all of the techniques taught in class.

You will be given a journal to be brought to each class in order to take notes and track your progress. It is important that you wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and flat-soled shoes. Running shoes are not ideal, but will be accepted for the introductory class. A bottle of water and towel are recommended.

Each participant will be responsible for using the proper positions and safely performing the techniques. Any individuals with a medical condition, such as heart problems, hypertension or asthma, must have a doctor’s note to be accepted to the class.
