Offered through Université de Saint-Boniface’s online learning platform, eCampus, this course is designed for people with no prior exposure to French. It teaches the basics of the French language and effectively prepares learners for the FRO-0101 Beginner 1 course of the Conversational French program.
This course is offered online, and it is self-directed. It includes all the teaching material required (language explanations, video clips, learning activities and assessments) to give you the greatest possible flexibility as you work through the course lessons independently and at your own pace.
Topics
This self-directed course for people with no prior exposure to French includes four lessons featuring three to ten activities each that will teach you how to:
- spell and pronounce new words;
- introduce yourself;
- say where you are from;
- say where you work.
