Business Administration
The purpose of the program is to provide students with comprehensive training in business administration, including accounting, managament, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, and computer applications.
Examples of tasks asked of the student are:
- Administrative support and general office work
- Data entry
- Contributing to special projects
- Hospitality or receptionist functions
- Contributing to drafting of forms; correcting, printing, copying
- Filing; examining records, finding records, building a case file
- Perform analysis for new project planning and contracts
Human Resources
- Create computerized employee documents and reports
- Update employee documents (diploma, cover letter, resume)
- Make arrangements to announce or post vacancies
- Make arrangements for internal and external training activities
- Help select and evaluate candidates and check references
- Determine positions needing to be filled immediately or if possible
- Support human resource planning activities
- Contact selected candidates to schedule an interview
Accounting
- Contributing to the preparation of financial statements
- Receiving and sorting of incoming invoices
- Invoice processing
- Executing of accounts receivable and payable
- Journal entry
- Performing basic financial analysis
- Investments
- Pension plans
Marketing
- Customer service
- Sales and merchandise related activities
- Preparation of promotional material
- Contributing to web and social media content development
- Data collecting and compiling through questionnaires and surveys
- Helping with public relations
