Gentle Yoga

Practice gentle yoga and foster a calmer and more serene mind.  

The postures are predominantly performed seated or lying down, and are designed to stretch the body and calm the mind. Gentle Yoga is for everyone, making it appropriate for those with limited mobility.

Gentle yoga is intended for individuals looking for a gentle yoga practice, with an emphasis on the aspects of traditional yoga that focus on mental concentration, stretching the muscles and relaxing the body.
