Spiritual Life
Spirituality is an important part of a person’s health and well-being. Spirituality is not necessarily synonymous with religion, although being part of an organized spiritual group or a faith community is a common way to explore one’s spirituality.
Students may address their spiritual needs through various pursuits, such as meditation or prayer, in a place of contemplation (The Chapel), or through community activities, such as sports, exercise, music or drama.
The Chapel (Room 2325)
A space for prayer and quiet reflection, open to all beliefs and confessions within the university community.
The Chapel is open 7 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday–Friday.
