Response to your Application for Admission
Canadians and Permanent Residents
Université de Saint-Boniface will only respond to your application for admission by email. To ensure that you receive our response, be sure to correctly enter your email address when completing the application for admission.
Be sure to submit all of the documents required for your application (including the admission fees) before the deadline. If your file remains incomplete after this date, we unfortunately will not be able to evaluate or follow-up with your application for the requested semester.
In accordance with Manitoba’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Université de Saint-Boniface communicates exclusively with the applicants regarding all matters pertaining to their file. To authorize USB to disclose information on your file with a third party, please complete the Proxy form (French only).
If USB suspects that any information provided, such as the postal code, telephone number or email address, does not belong to the applicant, the application file will be suspended until this information has been received.
Applicants Currently Studying at a Canadian Secondary School
If you expect to receive your diploma from a Canadian secondary school this year, please read this important information regarding the response to your application for admission.
Applicants to the Bachelor of Nursing Program
As places in the Bachelor of Nursing program are limited, USB can only accept a limited number of applicants. After the deadline for submitting academic documents on March 31, the selection committee reviews all of the applications received. Only those applicants who have submitted a complete application will receive a response, toward the end of April. A conditional offer of admission will be made to the applicants with the best applications. For more information regarding conditional admission, please see the Academic Calendar.
Applicants to the Practical Nursing Diploma Program
As places in the Practical Nursing Diploma program are limited, USB can only accept a limited number of applicants. After the deadline for submitting academic documents on April 30, the selection committee reviews all of the applications received. Only those applicants who have submitted a complete application will receive a response, toward the end of May. Applicants to the Bachelor of Education Program
The selection committee meets at the beginning of April to review all applications for admission received. Only those applicants who have submitted a complete application will receive a response, toward the end of April. Depending on their application, applicants may receive a conditional or official offer of admission.
Applicants to the Bachelor of Social Work Program
The selection committee meets at the end of April to review all applications for admission received. Only those applicants who have submitted a complete application will receive a response, in early May. Depending on their application, applicants may receive a conditional or official offer of admission.
