Registration
Registration is done online. If you are unable to register by this method, please contact us by email at
dep@ustboniface.ca.

Please select one of the following programs:
Language Courses
Unless otherwise specified, programs are available to persons 16 years of age and older.
Payment
Online registrations must be paid by credit card : Visa or Mastercard.
Placement Interviews
Unsure which level to register for? Select 'Unknown Level'. We offer placement interviews. Once your registration is completed, paid for and submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your call.

Course Confirmation
We will confirm your registration by email by the end of the day on the Thursday prior to the first scheduled class. Please check your inbox and junk mail folders and add us to your contact list.
If you do not use email, the course will be confirmed by telephone. USB reserves the right to cancel courses or levels when enrollment is insufficient. A full refund will only be issued if a course is cancelled or if USB cannot accommodate your choice of time as indicated on the registration form.
Refunds
If you must withdraw from a course, your fees will be refunded (minus the cost of your handbook and a $40 administration fee), provided you notify us before the second class*. Reimbursement will be by direct deposit through TelPay.
USB reserves the right to change course schedules, cancel a class and accept or refuse any applicant to our programs.
*Exceptions:
Mini-FIT - Registration fee refunds will be granted until April 8, 2024 (minus a $40 administration fee).
FIT - Registration fee refunds will be granted until June 7, 2024 (minus a $40 administraton fee).
Franséjour - Refunds will be issued until January 18, 2024 (minus a $40 administration fee).
