Give your children the opportunity to have fun and learn en français at Camplus sur campus! 

The summer camps are one week long and cover various themes, subjects and interests, which vary from year to year.

Who can participate in Camplus sur campus?

Camplus sur campus été (summer) and Camplus ado (teen week):

  • Children 6 – 11 years old.
  • Children capable of spending a full day in French.

Language assessment

In order to be enrolled in Camplus sur campus, all children whose first language is not French or who are currently registered in a French immersion school must meet with us for a language assessment. A member of our team will contact you to schedule a meeting with your child. 

When will the camps take place?

Camplus sur campus Summer: A variety of week-long camps will be offered as of July 2, 2019. There will not be any camps from July 22 to August 2, 2019. 

Camp hours: 9 am to 4 pm
Drop off time: 8 am to 9 am
Pick up time: 4 pm to 5 pm


Descriptions for the various summer camp themes are listed below.  

Week 1 – Wild about Nature (ages 6 – 11)
July 2 to July 5, 2019
Kids who love nature will enjoy a wide variety of educational activities related to the environment. They will discover everything that nature has to offer by participating in fun activities in a fun and engaging environment. Outings, games and field trips are part of this fun and instructive program.

Week 2 – Cooking at Camplus (ages 6 – 11)
July 8 to July 12, 2019
Knowing how to cook and eat well, that’s what is on the menu for this activity packed week. Learn cooking techniques and work as a team to prepare and spice up your dishes, making culinary masterpieces. Make simple, healthy meals and delicious treats. Bon appétit!

Week 3 – A Trip around the World (ages 6 – 11)
July 15 to July 19, 2019
Explore the diversity of cultures around the world. Learn geography, do culture-specific crafts, learn words from another language and even taste some traditional treats.

Week 4 – Science (ages 6 – 11)
July 6 to July 9, 2019
Do you dream of being a scientist? Science surrounds us. At Camplus, there is no shortage of discovery. Explore the mysteries of science (physics, chemistry and biology) by performing scientific experiments and going on outings.

Week 5 – Artistic Adventures (ages 6 – 11)
August 12 to August 16, 2019
Immerse yourself in the artistic world of painting and crafts. You will have an opportunity to try out various artistic media that will stimulate your creativity. Discover art techniques from around the world and here in Canada. Your masterpieces will be displayed at the Camplus art exhibition at the end of the week.

Week 6 – Ball Sports (ages 6 – 11)
August 18 to August 23, 2018
It’s summer and at Camplus, we’re moving! While be accompanied by the Camplus staff, you will get to discover various sports and participate in some specialized workshops. You will spend as much time outdoors as in the gym to take full advantage of nearby sports fields and parks.


You may register online or in person at the Continuing Education Division office. We will email your participant kit and send your payment receipt by mail. Please send registration forms and payment to the Continuing Education Division

Registration Fees & Deadlines
Early Bird Registration deadline :
• For 4-day weeks: May 15, 2019 ($155 per week)
• For 5-day weeks: May 15, 2019 ($195 per week)
Regular Registration deadline:
• For 4-day weeks: June 24, 2019 ($180 per week)
• For 5-day weeks: June 24, 2019 ($225 per week)


Fees must be submitted with the completed registration form. You can pay by cash or cheque, credit card or Interac. Please make cheques payable to USB. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. USB will charge a $30 fee for any returned cheque. 
*If a child is dropped off before 8 am or picked up after 5 p.m., a fee of $20 will be applied for each block of 15 minutes. 


If you must withdraw your child from one or more weeks of camp (summer) or one or more days of camp (spring), your fees will be refunded, minus a $35 administration fee, provided you notify us at least 5 business days before the camp begins. Please note that all refunds will be issued by cheque.
