Board of Governors

The Board of Governors is responsible for overseeing the administration of USB affairs. Its duties include:

administering USB assets
creating administrative structures
appointing senior staff
establishing subcommittees
approving the USB budget
approving financial statements
establishing, abolishing, affiliating or annexing faculties, schools, institutes, departments and chairs
adding or abolishing programs or fields of study
approving USB’s strategic plan
