Board of Governors

The Board of Governors is responsible for overseeing the administration of USB affairs. Its duties include:

• administering USB assets
• creating administrative structures
• appointing senior staff
• establishing subcommittees
• approving the USB budget
• approving financial statements
• establishing, abolishing, affiliating or annexing faculties, schools, institutes, departments and chairs
• adding or abolishing programs or fields of study
• approving USB’s strategic plan
