Applicants Currently Studying at a High School in Canada
Canadians and Permanent Residents

Will you be graduating from a Canadian high school by the end of June? Read below for information on admission.

Manitoba High School Diploma

If you will be graduating from a Manitoban high school this year, Université de Saint-Boniface will contact your school to obtain your transcript. However, if you submit your application for admission after June 15, your high school or school division will be required to send us your final transcript by mail or email.

When completing your application for admission, it is important to self-declare your grades in all of the Grade 12 courses that you have passed and those that you anticipate passing by the end of the year. For the courses that you are currently taking, you can estimate your grades based on the grades that you received in similar Grade 11 courses or the marks that you have received on tests and assignments in the relevant course.

If you self-declare your Grade 12 grades in your request for admission, Université de Saint-Boniface will be able to assess your application and provide a response more quickly. If, based on the information you have provided, it appears that you are eligible for the chosen program (excluding the Bachelor of Nursing and Practical Nursing Diploma programs), you will receive a conditional offer of admission. Should you choose not to self-declare your grades, you will not receive a response to your application for admission until the beginning of July, once we have received your final transcript.

If you submit your application for admission before June 15, Université de Saint-Boniface will ask your school to provide your final official high school transcript once you have received your diploma in June. After conducting a final analysis of your file, we will confirm your official admission by email in early July. The final decision is based on the results of your final transcript. It is therefore possible that Université de Saint-Boniface change or cancel its conditional offer of admission.

High School Diploma from a Province or Territory Other than Manitoba

If you will be graduating from a high school in a province or territory other than Manitoba, your high school will be required to send us your interim and final transcript by mail.

Upon receiving your interim transcript, USB will be able to assess your application and provide a response more quickly. If it appears that you are eligible for the chosen program (excluding the Bachelor of Nursing and Practical Nursing Diploma programs), you will receive a conditional offer of admission.

Once you receive your diploma in June, please send us your final transcript. After conducting a final analysis of your file, we will confirm your official admission by email in early July. The final decision is based on the results of your final transcript. It is therefore possible that Université de Saint-Boniface change or cancel its conditional offer of admission.

Entrance Scholarships

To qualify for an entrance scholarship, applicants with Canadian citizenship or permanent residency currently studying in a Canadian high school must submit a request for admission before March 1st.
